Model bisnis ini menargetkan perusahaan lain berperan sebagai pembeli dan saling menguntungkan. Mudahnya, B2B adalah model bisnis di mana sebuah perusahaan menciptakan suatu produk atau jasa untuk digunakan oleh perusahaan lain. B2B sendiri memiliki banyak bentuk. Contohnya seperti layanan untuk perangkat lunak, keamanan, aksesoris, transportasi, alat kerja, hingga ke tenaga kerja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Lantas, jika B2B artinya bisnis antar perusahaan, siapa yang menjadi target utamanya untuk melakukan penjualan? Tentunya, setiap perusahaan memiliki individu yang mempunyai pengaruh, kuasa, atau kendali terhadap pengambilan keputusan terhadap suatu pembelian. Mulai dari Entry Level hingga C-Level. Sehingga, meskipun target penjualannya adalah perusahaan, dalam B2B kita akan tetap melakukan negosiasi dengan para Key Person, atau individu yang akan mengambil keputusan. Kredibilitas perusahaan perlu dibangun dan diciptakan karena hal ini mengindikasikan tingkat di mana pelanggan yakin bahwa perusahaan dapat merancang dan mengirimkan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Kredibilitas perusahaan dapat dibangun melalui kepercayaan perusahaan, keahlian perusahaan dan pelayanan perusahaan terhadap pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":2} --><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\"><!-- wp:list-item --><p><\/p>\n<li><strong>Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan pada Pelanggan<\/strong><\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p><\/ol>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Peningkatan kualitas layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan frekuensi layanan kepada pelanggan atau mitra bisnis baik sebelum maupun sesudah transaksi.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":3} --><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\"><!-- wp:list-item --><p><\/p>\n<li><strong>Meningkatkan Komunikasi Vertikal<\/strong><\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p><\/ol>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Koordinasi vertikal antara perusahaan penyedia produk dengan mitra bisnis perlu ditingkatkan sehingga hubungan aktivitas transaksi bisnis menjadi lebih bernilai bagi kedua belah pihak.
